Situation:

A very tight schedule, and a site that required extensive demolition were large challenges to open this property before the Grand Opening of the new Cabela’s Outdoor Store.

Timeline:

The four story, 86-room, 52,800 sq. ft. hotel project was completed on time, unless than one year in August 2014.

Result:

EHA ensured that the grand opening date was met.  With a savings of $310,000, EHA was able to build a beautiful new hotel in only 8 months and 14 days. This project was also selected as finalist for the Best New Construction award for 2014 in Buffalo Business First.
