Situation: After an electrical fire in an elevator shaft forced this former Days Inn to close, Eastern Hospitality Advisors was tasked with re-branding this 8 story hotel into a Holiday Inn Express.   Timeline: The eight story, 158-room hotel project was completed on time and under budget.   Result: Eastern Hospitality Advisor ensured that the grand opening date was met. With a savings of $200,000 Eastern Hospitality Advisor was to re open this hotel for its owners in better than new condition.
