Situation: A pre-existing office building was converted into a Residence Inn by Marriott, located in Wilmington, Delaware. With a very important existing client and a tight schedule, EHA’s vast hotel experience was tapped to ensure a successful project.   Timeline: The 96-room, 63,805 sq. ft. hotel project was completed on-time and within budget.   Result: EHA ensured that the grand opening date was met.
