Situation:

A new prototype SpringHill Suites was to be built in a on a challenging West Virginia site. With a very important existing client and a tight schedule, EHA’s vast hotel experience was tapped to ensure a successful project.

Timeline:

The four story, 97-room, 66,635 sq. ft. hotel project was completed on time, in just under one year in May 2015.

Result:

EHA ensured that the grand opening date was met.  With a savings of $300,000, EHA was able to build a beautiful new hotel for an important repeat client.
